Then, on the day of the event, you can share a private link with the birthday person so they can enjoy all the love and laughter that you and your guests have created.
- No, you don't need to download an app to use Birthday Hello. It's a web-based app that you can access through your browser on your computer or mobile device. Hosts are able to download from App and Play stores if they wish, but it is not necessary.
- Birthday Hello is a flat-fee $15 per event. Contact Us if you are interested in special plans for businesses and organizations.
- Yes, you can use Birthday Hello to celebrate someone’s birthday no matter where you are in the world. As long as you have an internet connection, you can create and manage the event.
- There is no limit to the number of guests you can invite to participate in the celebration.
- Yes, the host can set a deadline for when guests need to upload their content.
- The host has a dashboard to manage the messages and media that are uploaded. You can remove any content that you feel is inappropriate or not in the spirit of the celebration.
- We want to make sure that everyone’s messages and media are shared in a way that feels safe and comfortable. That’s why we’ve created a private link that’s only shared with the birthday person. This way, they can enjoy all the love and laughter that you and your guests have created in a way that feels personal and special. Of course, it’s up to the birthday person or the host to decide how to share the link with others. - If you would like to remove or edit any messages or media that have already been uploaded, please contact the event host directly. They will be able to help you with any changes you would like to make.
- If a guest misses the deadline for uploading their content, they can contact the host directly to extend the deadline and reopen the event.
- Yes, you can use Birthday Hello for other occasions besides birthdays although the branding is primarily for birthdays. We have future plans to help you celebrate other special events or milestones but nothing to announce just yet.
